Diana Rangaves, PharmD, Rph offers services at various levels within Health care. Her experiences include creating Clinical Protocols and Work flow Efficiencies for multiple activities, presentations and follow up to stakeholders and directors, positive interactions with colleagues and assistants, various training projects for staff and new employees, data consolidation and interpolation and quality control and aseptic technique.
She possesses a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco and has 16 years of managerial experience. She is able to multi-task on various projects, prioritize and implement goal oriented strategies, crisis solve, and work effectively with a multidimensional team.

Living in Santa Rosa has afforded her a working relationship with many providers, prescribers and facilities. She is skilled in medication reconciliation processes, chart reviews, screening for potential adverse drug reactions, formulary and therapeutic substitutions, employee management, both in recruitment of talent and the hiring procedures, productivity, technology, human resources, marketing, communication, compounding and related areas for the pharmaceutical and health care field.

Her experience with elders and dementia moved from theory to practical in the care of her late father.
